In the EDI space, Trusted People HR works with organisations to advance their inclusion journey. They lead or support the development of Employee Resource Networks and have delivered over 200 workshops and keynote sessions on topics including LGBTQ+ experiences, understanding gender identity, bias and  inclusive language, disability awareness, Black History Month, anti-racism, and allyship.
