Ed Accura is the creative genius and driving force behind the groundbreaking documentary Blacks Can’t Swim. His thought-provoking first film has evolved to a series of “Changing the Narrative” documentaries and led to him becoming a Co-founder of the Black Swimming Association. His tireless drive to change the narrative now brings him to the corporate world running inclusion programmes based on his films.
