Apply to be accrEDIted©, receive login details and confirm employee numbers.
Login to our secure client portal, complete the HR Questionnaire and upload your employee data
Your employees complete our Cultural Assessment Tool© on-line and, for large organisations, a number participate in 1-2-1 Interviews
We measure , analyse and interpret your data and Cultural Assessment results against our EDI Accreditation Framework© to create your accreditation score
Our impartial Accreditation Panel review your application and scoring to award your accrEDIted© level for the year
Becoming accrEDIted© for the first time usually takes 6-8 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of your organisation.
Your accreditation lasts for 1 year and the accompanying report you receive will help guide your focus for ongoing EDI improvement.
